Andrée Roxana Nembhard brings more than twenty years of experience in highly complex organizations in both public and private sectors to her work in transformational leadership and coaching. She has served as chairperson of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio, executive director of Jamaica’s Transformation Team and executive chairperson of the Sugar Industry Authority. She was also managing director of both the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica and the Jamaica Commodity Trading Company.
Ms. Nembhard teaches transformational leadership at the University of the West Indies, and has taught Conversations of Work and Strategic Negotiation at Digicel University. She is a key player in efforts to establish the Leadership and Governance Center of the University of the West Indies, and has represented the Jamaica Government and private sector organizations on numerous international missions, carrying out negotiations on trade and management issues. Ms. Nembhard has also served on assignments for the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank.
